Princeton Downtown Commercial District is the area of downtown Princeton, Kentucky centered around the 1940s art deco courthouse. The downtown district is registered on the National Register of Historic Places because of the historic architecture and historical significance to the area. The district extends primarily along Main and Market Streets between Plum and Eagle Streets. As of early 2007, this district of Princeton is participating in the Renaissance Kentucky/Main Street program.
